When you travel to a tourist destination of your choice and you are on a shoestring budget and don’t know how to cut your travel costs, traveling by bus can be your saving grace. It is rather sad that in spite of being so cheap, traveling by bus is still considered as a vehicle for the déclassé people and it is a highly under rated and often overlooked option.
Before the advent of the airplane, people had no option but to travel by train. Now train travel has become old fashioned and the farther you are going, the longer a train takes versus flying. For those of you that don’t consider taking the train for this reason, flying isn’t as quick and easy as it used to be, so for journeys of less than about 400 miles, the train may be quicker than flying. For the other group of you for whom this old fashioned mode appeals to in this jet set age.
